This shows that nipsa.org.uk has these MX records:
nipsa.org.uk. MX 10 194.46.34.90.
nipsa.org.uk. MX 20 expint.nipsa.org.uk.
The first of these is invalid. The righthand side of an MX record MUST
be a DOMAIN, not an IP address. That's why Exim can't use it. But that's
probably only peripheral to the overall problem.
