Why yes, it can. If you read the documentation regarding "routers", you'll
find out all about it.
If reading documentation isn't your thing, you could do worse than adding a
line like "user: somewhere@???" to your aliases file. But without
knowing anything about your specific configuration, it's hard to tell.
