[exim] relay using manulroute problem

Dear users list
i have problem with exim, i have two domains optiracks.com and optistreaming.com
the Mx of optiracks.com points to optistreaming.com and
optistreaming.com run as gateway for optiracks.com it relay to
optiracks.com using manulroute be this configuration

manualroute_domains:
driver = manualroute
domains = lsearch;/etc/exim/manualroute
route_data = ${lookup{$domain}lsearch{/etc/exim/manualroute}}
transport = remote_smtp
no_more

the /etc/exim/manualtoute contains optiracks.com

but when i send message to optiracks.com i got this message in
/var/log/exim/man.log

[64.71.190.241] is currently not permitted to relay through
550-this server. Perhaps you have not logged into the pop/imap server in the
550-last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP Authentication turned on in
your email
550 client.
