You can. When calling exim "in the normal way", commands will be run
on the "normal" queue. By calling "exim -c /path/to/2nd.config" the
command will affect the queue directoty mentioned in 2nd.config.

We created some additional shell scripts to either show what's in the
incoming spool dir or in the outgoing queue.
