In general no. In order to do this, you need a copy of the envelope
recipient addresses, and this is usually not preserved in the message
after final delivery because of privacy concerns (it would expose BCC:
recipients). However you may be able to get around this by just using any
address for the local user, if the filters don't depend on it.
Secondly, local message submission usually entails some fix-ups to the
message, such as putting the authenticated sender's address in the Sender:
header. This is usually difficult to bypass without changing Exim's
configuration.
