[exim] control=suppress_local_fixups?

Hey,

For some spam re-injection I want to set control=suppress_local_fixups,
but I can't find *where* I should put it.

The thing is, if I put it into the not_smtp acl then the headers have
already been fixed up when that ACL runs.

Does anyone know how to use it or how to work around?
