The CBL and SBL/XBL are about as FP as you're likely to get, and
I have no reserverations using them to 5xx.

The darn few CBL/XBL FPs I have to whitelist around are invariably
caused by an unsecured NAT that is allowing spam/viruses to do
direct-to-MX.
