That much is obvious from the ACL. However an extract from the file is not
enough for me to be sure that there isn't a problem with its contents.
The other thing you can do is do a debugging run to see what part of the
configuration is causing the problem - the other possibility is that you
have something in your routers which is causing null sender verification
to fail.
