Yes. Rewrite rules are almost never needed in Exim 4.
With the domain_aliases router from the FAQ, add an entry like this to the
virtual domains file:
oracletc.co.uk oracletc.co.uk
Then create a file /etc/aliases.d/oracletc.co.uk containing entries like:
mail: mail.nedco.co.uk
