No: lists can be defined in ways that aren't listable. For example, they
might contain wildcard entries. However in your specific case you could
add a logwrite ACL modifier. For example:
LDAP_VIRTUAL_DOMAINS = ${lookup ldapm {ldap://LDAPSERVER/LDAPBASE?o?one?(objectclass=organization)} }
domainlist virtual_domains = LDAP_VIRTUAL_DOMAINS
# ...
warn logwrite = Virtual domains: LDAP_VIRTUAL_DOMAINS
Or you could just run exim -be '${lookup ... }'
