I'm not sure I follow. use_sender uses the envelope sender. That's
what's going to be used if the mail is accepted and delivered. So if the
receiving MTA doesn't accept the callout with use_sender set, then it's
not going to accept the actual mail either, in which case it's correct
for the callout to fail.
