A bit off-topic, but Pederick's "web developer toolbar" for
Mozilla/Seamonkey/Firefox (a useful extension *not only* for web
developers, IMHO) has a magical feature for this kind of situation.

On the (i) menu> "Display Anchors", and all the anchors spring into
view in the rendered document.
