Thank you for the pointer, it works fine with a router basically
containing this:

send_to_otrs:
driver = redirect
senders = lsearch*@;/etc/opt/exim/otrsuserdomains.list
domains = company.tld
local_parts = service
data = support@???

Will head home for sleep now... ;-)
