If you ask Exim to do a maildir delivery to
/mailboxes/javi/Maildir/.myfolder, it will create the .myfolder
directory and the necessary new, tmp, and cur directories under that
directory. However, it will not automatically create a maildirfolder
file.

It is not possible to run a separate command.
