Yes, but I wouldn't recommend it. It's really fiddly and no-one will
care whether you do it or not.

I was assuming per-customer Exims. In your situation you will want both
interface and helo_data options, and some way of setting them per
customer, such as a lookup keyed on $authenticated_id. You'll also want to
change received_header_text to use the same hostname as helo_data instead
of the primary hostname.

I'm not sure that this covers all the points...
