[exim] local_part_suffix in ACL

Hi,
is it possible to use $local_part_suffix in ACL section?
I found some posts where some people mentioned that it is not possible?

I?m trying to do an recipient Callout, but with a local_part_suffix in
the recipient field i get an 550 error.

It is possible in ACL section to check if the recipient field contains a
"+" ?
