I use the following to allow nagios to determine free space and length
of the mail queue:
nagios ALL = NOPASSWD: /usr/local/bin/telq, /bin/df
where /usr/local/bin/telq consists of:
#!/bin/bash
/usr/sbin/exim4 -bpc
With this configuration nagios cannot do anything else using sudo.
