1) Stop obfuscating your logs that you post here. You've mangled that
log entry so badly that I really can't tell what you're trying to tell
us with it.

2) Try running a test delivery to an account of each type, and compare
the output. That should point you at the routers that need fixing:
exim -d -bt address
