That presence/absence and format of that report/analysis and
other spam X-header content is ordinarily controlled in the
SpamAssassin configuration files.

To control what to put in spam-related message headers, (or not)
and what level of detail to retain in logs (or not) you will
want to adjust settings in BOTH SA and Exim.
