If that's where you're sending your mail, yes. You only provided half
of a log entry, we can't guess what the other half said, or how you
have your outgoing mail configured.

No idea. Perhaps someone who knows how the Debian config hangs
together can comment. There's a mailing list for Debian Exim which may
give you more help on the specifics.

You could ask the owner of the server, perhaps - its their error
message after all.
