I am just using Debian defaults:

perry$ egrep -r frozen /etc/exim4/
grep: /etc/exim4/passwd.client: Permission denied
/etc/exim4/conf.d/main/02_exim4-config_options:timeout_frozen_after = MAIN_TIMEOUT_FROZEN_AFTER
/etc/exim4/exim4.conf.template:timeout_frozen_after = MAIN_TIMEOUT_FROZEN_AFTER

So do they get retried? I am actually still getting "Recipient address
rejected: Policy Rejection: Mysterious Error." to any address from that
server. Grrr.
