John and others who have responded:

I appreciate your concern. However, you do not understand my company, my needs
or my situation. Please do not think to advise me as to what I should or should
not do.

For the record. This is MY company. I am the sole owner, President and CEO.
It is a small company which has only a local clientelle. We have no clients
outside the local area, and no distributors outside the United States.

Despite the filters in place, we still get a significant amount of spam. Some
people get up to 50 spams per day, even with the filters in place.

The time involved to wade through the spam and filter out the good stuff is
significant. And the lost productive time is costing me money directly out of
my pocket.

The email is used for business only; each of my employees has his/her own
private email also, through their isp. There is no valid reason for anyone
(including myself) to be receiving email from other countries. But if someone
did try to send email, they would be redirected to a contact form on our site
where they could directly send email to our company.

I didn't feel I should have to expand to all of this, but it's obvious there are
people on this list who think they know better than I do what I need. I am not
a newbie to IT, with almost 40 years of experience. I know my company, my
customers and my problems.

So, if you're willing to ante the several hundred dollars a month it is costing
me in lost time and income, I'll let you advise me on how I should do it.
Otherwise, please don't think you know me, my business or my needs better than I do.
