I have done this:

machine:/var/opt/machine.site.com.co/hosorio# exim4 -bt
/var/opt/machine.site.com.co/hosorio/.forward <
/var/opt/machine.site.com.co/hosorio/ejemplo.msg

and, this is the response:

Address rewritten as: /var/opt/machine.site.com.co/hosorio/.forward@
site.com.co
/var/opt/machine.site.com.co/hosorio/.forward@???
router = amavis, transport = amavis
host localhost.localdomain [127.0.0.1]

my ejemplo.msg file contains this:

Envelope-to: hosorio@???

my .forward only contains this:
---------------------------
if $header_to: contains "hosorio"
then
    deliver osorio.hugo@???
