They are listed alphabetically in section 11.7 ("Expansion conditions")
and "Expansion, conditions" _is_ indexed. How do you think that listing
individual conditions will help? I probably should expand that index
entry to "Expansion, conditions, list of" or something, at least. Hmm.
Yes, perhaps an entry for, e.g., "match_domain" could be helpful...
