[exim] Updated paper on integrating exim with exchange

Hi all,

I've just finished updating the "Integrating Exim with Exchange" paper I
wrote last year. The paper has also been updated with the new menu names
and options for newer versions of the Gnome desktop (In time for the
Fedora Core 5 and Gnome 2.14 releases)

If anybody has any good examples of using exim with the new sender
verification options in exch2003 they would be a very welcome addition,
as would the some examples of the "forward all unknown mail to this
server" option that I know is hidden somewhere.

copy of it in its current form to proof-read, make comments, additions
or suggestions. Any additions or changes accepted will be re-released
under the creative commons licence as per the original version in Feb2005.
