Can someone outline the proper way to add a new faq to the wiki? I'm
logged in and looking here:
http://www.exim.org/eximwiki/FAQ/Configuration%20cookbook
...and don't see the proper method to add a new Q and A to the cookbook
to match what everyone else does. Unfortunately, the Exim wiki doesn't
look like most of the other wikis I'm used to editing, it's kinda confusing.
Would I just come up with my own number (looks like Q9813 is next), add
it and proceed to edit at will? Am I missing a meta-page that has all
the questions listed, like an index? Do I need to apply to a higher
admin to get an official FAQ number?
