[exim] fedora and exim-sa

Hi,

Im a newbie to exim, been using qmail for ages, but want to try exim-sa due
to the fact that it can reject spam at smtp level.

I'm using fedora 3 that comes with exim and exim-sa, been going through the
docs and alot is pretty simple,

Only thing I'm struggling with is how to get sa-exim to work, this is the
only docs that have sample http://marc.merlins.org/linux/exim/sa.html

Do i still need to patch my exim server?, or will all of this work out of
the box?
