[exim] problem with SPA authentication

Hello,

I have exim 4.6. I would like to have spa authentication with Outlook
Express MUA.

I have set up my exim configure file (according to Philip Hazel book:

According to this test SPA is not working.

How to set ip up ?
What I'm doing wrong, how to test spa authentication ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
