If you'd verify the full ($local_part@$domain) rcpt at SMTP time in some
ACL, your Exim would reject(!) the message to beal@???
immediatly during the SMTP session. Currently it reads as if you first
accept the message, then finding out that the rcpt doesn't exist and
then generating the bounce. This bounce gets frozen in your queue, but
could be removed after a certain amount of time
(ignore_bounce_errors_after = 2d).
