Subject: [exim] accept hosts = :
HI

I am reviewing my exim4 config file with the intent of improving it,
especially in rejecting crap mail. Much of the config file was
originally generated by the exim3 to exim4 config rewriter script.
When we first went to exim 4 I reviewed the config but it has been a
long while and I am not sure anymore of some statements :-)

I have done a little Googling and also reading in the Exim 4 book but
have a few questions.

In the RCPT acl the first statement is

accept hosts = :

This seems like a useless line as no host will match nothing so this
will never get triggered. Is this correct or is there some sort of
"magic" that this accomplishes?

Thanks
Chad
