Thats is my senario as well... as well if you try later there server will
give you access.. but again you will face the same problem..
Very strange thing IBM are doing. .. !?
as well ibm is very big company so problem should have been reported to
them.. and i hope someone from ibm reading the issue..
or have some contact to ibm..

Interesting. I succeeded once, and issued QUIT after HELO. Now, my
connection is refused every time. It could be that they've blacklisted my
IP address because I bailed out the first time.
