ACK.

ISTR that unless replaced or surpressed, the message used will
ordinarily *be* the default generated by the last router in the chain.
Indication by any earlier router that it could/could not deliver would
not be a (final) fail.

Hence, any acl with "!verify = recipients" would not ordinarily need a
'message' of its own.
A "log_message" maybe.

Bill
