[exim] ibm

Hello..
Sorry that im mailing these problem to the list.. but i have a very
strange problem to send @uk.ibm.com
i have tryied to tinyup the retry db as well but ibm most if time refues
my connections.. both from my smtp server as well im trying to telnet ther
mx record.

i can not understand that ibm have problem !? Maybe they have..
allso ihave set hosts_max_try = 10 in my transport options with out any
help.
