Hello,
Yes spamassassin is logging directly:
In my /var/log/maillog for every checked e-mail by spamd I'm getting:
"
Jan 15 21:04:02 diamond spamd[6723]: spamd: result: Y 17 -
ALL_TRUSTED,DNS_FROM_RFC_POST,FORGED_HOTMAIL_RCVD2,HEAD_ILLEGAL_CHARS,HTML_M
ESSAGE,HTML_MIME_NO_HTML_TAG,HTML_SHORT_LENGTH,HTTP_77,HTTP_EXCESSIVE_ESCAPE
S,MIME_BOUND_DD_DIGITS,MIME_HTML_ONLY,MIME_HTML_ONLY_MULTI,MISSING_MIMEOLE,M
PART_ALT_DIFF,PRIORITY_NO_NAME,SUBJ_ILLEGAL_CHARS,X_PRIORITY_HIGH
scantime=0.8,size=814,user=mail,uid=8,required_score=5.0,rhost=localhost.loc
aldomain,raddr=127.0.0.1,rport=36513,mid=(unknown),autolearn=spam
"
How to stop it ?
Regards

If you mean /var/log/maillog, then it's probably nothing to do with
Exim, unless you configured your installation to use that file. Maybe
Spamassassin is logging directly?

Post an example of 'everything' and you're more likely to get some help...
