if "smtp_active_hostname" is not set, this is what i got by `exim4
-bP | grep primary_hostname`
primary_hostname = localhost
instead of my FQDN?!

So, i have another question. I have another mail server running
exim-4.6 on sarge. Though "smtp_active_hostname" is not set, i can get
the FQDN by `exim4 -bP | grep primary_hostname`

i wonder why the difference?
