Yes, but it's not nice, visually and technically. The message does not
have to be scanned if the sender is spam-box@...
Better do:

deny
  message         = This message scored $spam_score spam points.
  ! senders = spam-box@???
  spam            = nobody:true
  condition       = ${if >{$spam_score_int}{45}{1}{0}}
