[exim] Special Extension to skip Virus Scanning

I'm having a problem with the virus scanner (clamav) blocking a file it
shouldn't. I'm not sure what the problem is but I want to create a
spacial way to bypass viris scanning by using a spacial extension on the
filename. Say *.vip

So - how would I create an ACL to do this?
