This is what I've done:
                dnslists = ${lookup \
                                mysql{select rbl \
                                        from eximconf.rbl_list \
                                        where enabled='yes' \
                                        order by priority,rbl\
                                } \
                                {${sg{$value}{ *\\n}{ : }}}\
                            }
