If the messages are wanted you can add
warn hosts = 194.168.54.49
control = no_enforce_sync
to an appropriate acl (often, but not necessarily, acl_smtp_connect).
But I don't understand the looping part. The first and fourth lines
don't look like they have anything to do with the second and third ones.
Which users, hosts and messages are yours?
