[exim] Rewrite and ACL conditions on RCPT

Is any method to apply address rewriting _before_ ACL RCPT check
(for senders = ; domains = ... etc. ) ?

In theory (if I correctly understand manual) S flag for rewrite
should be enough, but looks like it isn't.
