If you just need Ipv6 connectivity, this should do trick on Linux,
assuming ppp0 is the interface with public IP-address
inet4=`ip addr show ppp0 | grep inet | awk '{print $2}'`
ifconfig sit0 up
ipv6=$(printf "2002:%x%02x:%x%02x::\n" $(echo ${inet4} | sed 's/\./ /g'))
ip addr add ${ipv6}1/16 dev sit0
ip -6 route add 2000::/3 via ::192.88.99.1
