[exim] Disable bounce message

Is it possible to disable bouncing messages?

I have configured Exim like this:

...
ignore_bounce_errors_after = 0s
timeout_frozen_after = 4d
...

And 'auto_thaw' default (0s). But there are frozen bounces on the Exim queue yet.
