Well, it was definitely intermittent back when I was experiencing the
problem -- I didn't see it for about a year after transitioning to this
server, and once I saw it for the first time, it cleared up within an
hour. I have to admit I'm not too inclined to re-enable IPv6 to hit the
problem again on my production machine.
