[exim] Getting entire header

Hello,

Which is the "$header_" expansion variable that will
give me the entire header? That is, all the "Received"
lines, From, To, Date, Subject, etc... In other words,
the entire set of header lines.
I looked at the online docs but was not able to figure
it out.
