67.8.174.175 is (if I'm decoding the name 175.174.8.67.cfl.res.rr.com)
correctly a residential Road Runner customer. (Based on that assumption, I
just added the /24 to our local block list...no host in the /24 has spoken
directly to us (and passed greylisting) in somewhat over a month, so I feel
fairly safe.)
