Please read the quote you posted again:

^^^^^^^^^^^^
What they're saying is that the consensus is that the blocking you
propose _is_ illegal according to the RFCs, but there are enough sites
on the internet broken in this particular way that they don't want to
intermingle them with the other sites on the same blacklist that reject
postmaster mail from all sites.
Anyway, this is an awfully old thread, why are you resurrecting it now?
