without waiting for greeting) question
If it possible to make exceptions by IP address for known good IPs
that have bad manners and generate this sort of error: SMTP protocol
violation: synchronization error (input sent without waiting for
greeting) ???
We have an ecommerce app hosted here that is written in java and uses
sun.net.SmtpClient to send a confirmation mail. It sends it through
our mail server of course and it generates this sort of error when
sending. It appears that the sun java class screws up but I am
trying to find out how that works, but in the mean time am looking at
excepting our app server from this...
Thanks
Chad
