Once again, I have updated the Test Suite distribution in

ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/email/exim/Testing/exim-testsuite-0.00.tar.bz2

There are a whole pile more tests, and maybe this time I have finally
sorted out the problems with gecos fields.
