Ist ja möglich dein ISP hat Port 25 blockiert. Versuch's mal mit
telnet auf die andere machine zu connecten auf 25, z.B.:

telnet machine.domain.tld 25

oder:

telnet ip.ad.dr.ess smtp

It's possible your ISP has port 25 blocked. Try connecting to the
other machine using telnet but use port 25, e.g.:

telnet machine.domain.tld 25

or:

telnet ip.ad.dr.ess smtp
