I have put a second release candidate for 4.60 in

Two bugs have been fixed since RC1, and there has been some tidying of
the Sieve code by the maintainer.

I am planning on releasing 4.60 in about a week. Please test if you can.
(Note that the 4.60 documentation is also there - see my previous
posting in this thread.)
